For ages 10 - 18
Time: 5:30-8:00
Facility will be open at 5:00 for those that want to come in earlier and work on Pitching, Batting and T-work.

5:30-6:30 Batting mechanics: batting drills, T-work, bat speed drills, soft toss, batting cage

6:30-6:50 Speed agility work, conditioning, base running

7:00-8:00 Throwing fundamentals: footwork, transitioning, grounders, fly balls, outfield fundamentals.

Cost for non members is $15.00/members $10.00

Free 1/2 hour evaluation for new students
